How to Search the Library

The search function of the Schizophrenia Library operates on keywords (between five and ten) allocated for each topic.

Please note the following important tips in regards to searching the Schizophrenia Library database:

  • The search functionality is case-insensitive.
  • You can search using one or multiple keywords at a time.
  • If you are searching using multiple words, please use a comma and no spaces between words (e.g. dopamine, cannabis). This will search for all reviews with dopamine or cannabis as keywords.
  • You can also search using phrases (e.g. dopamine receptor). This will search for all reviews with dopamine receptor as a keyword.
  • Do not put quotes around the search words.
  • Evaluation takes place from left to right only.
  • You can also use the percentage sign (%) to search for matches to the beginnings of words. For example, if you typeanti%, this will search for all files that contain keywords starting with anti.

If your keyword is located, a list of links to the pages which contain them will appear. This will include topic titles, a brief synopsis and the date updated. Simply choose the link you want, and come back to the results page for other links if necessary.

Establishing the Schizophrenia Library is a huge undertaking and we will be posting reviews as they are completed. To see which topics have been completed thus far, please click here.
